By creating an account on the portal and accessing it, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You, as the organisation, selected to participate within this pilot will have access to login credentials and the ability interact with the portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify CIMSPA immediately of any unauthorised use. If You decide to share credentials within your organisation, each individual will become bound by these terms.
You agree to use the portal for legitimate purposes only, which are outlined within the pilot by CIMSPA, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the portal, such as attempting to interfere with its functionality, is strictly prohibited.
By submitting any content, including applications, personal data or organisational data, you grant CIMSPA the right to store and process this information as needed for the portal’s operations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
For the purpose of storing data and system applicability, data may be shared outside of the EU. However, CIMSPA will ensure there is a robust data sharing agreement in place to protect your data
The portal may utilise artificial intelligence (AI) tools and algorithms to enhance user experience, analyse data, and improve decision-making processes. You acknowledge that AI may be used to automate certain processes such as content moderation, decision scoring, and recommendations. All AI-driven processes will adhere to applicable UK data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). While AI can assist in improving services, final decisions will be subject to human oversight where appropriate.
You agree to act with honesty and integrity when using the portal. This includes providing accurate and truthful information in all submissions, refraining from misrepresentation.
CIMSPA reserve the right to modify or discontinue the current version of the portal, its features, or these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of the portal after changes implies your acceptance of those terms.
CIMSPA do not accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, suffered as a result of a fault, error or omission in the provision of the portal, including data loss or service interruptions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute or claim must be brought before the English courts irrespective of Your location.
